Moloy Sarkar is a career hotelier holding two prestigious diplomas in Hotel Management and an MBA. He started his career with the The Trident Group and as management trainee went through extensive training in key operating departments like housekeeping, food & beverage and front office. He has worked in hotel operations as a General Manager, having been responsible for turning around the Margaret’s Deck, an iconic signature Tea Lounge , which is the part the Goodricke Group Ltd in the year 2017-18, Polo Towers Group of Hotels and Sinclair’s Hotels & Resorts.
